&lt;P&gt;Thanks for contact NXP support. As the DataSheet providing some necessary information for the BGA2869, there isn't direct PCB file for external.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please consult the datasheet to carry out your design? Especially the second chapter(&lt;EM&gt;Pinning information&lt;/EM&gt;) and tenth chapter(&lt;EM&gt;Package outline&lt;/EM&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;
