Please, support me with S-parameter data

NXP, TechSupport,

I plan to use AFT05MP075N and AFT09MS015N LDMOS Transistors in mobile application for avionic frequency range (118-137MHz), unfortunately date sheets don't offer S-parameters for this frequency range. Please help me and publish S-parameters for the 118-137MHz frequency range (simulated will be good).

You may find the S-parameter available at the web page of each device (AFT05MP075N, AFT09MS015N).

Unfortunately, the datasheet does not provide any further information regarding other frequencies.

Thank You for the answer, I know the file, unfortunately the data starts from 200MHz, but I need data from 118MHz (100MHz). I call for the help further. Greetings
