NXP NTAG5 Development kit (Android) giving 010F response for any commands like config etc . Do we need to append zeros or UID in the commands we are sending to get the expected response.

Could you please let me know which application are you using for sending the respective commands? Can you read the NTAG 5 registers with our TagInfo application and send us a screenshot?
I'm very interested in checking if the development board isn't locked and if it is possible for you to write an NDEF message.
Please, the more information you could share with us, the better we can identify what the issue might be.
