hi ,

I have a custom Vybrid VF6 board ,nand is 2k+64page 8bit width(MT29F8g08abaeh4)

I am using u-boot 2013 .07 from timesys , I downloaded the u-boot image successfully using MFG tool ,

yet it just can not boot ,it jumps to serial download after reset.

the value of SRC_SBMR2 is 0x8000011,

SRC_SBMR1:0x1280

so bootmode is set correctly.

the attachment is the FCB data and IVT i nand dumped, I cannot see anything wrong with it. it's weird

hi，

I have solve the problem, though i don't know why.

it seems that there is something wrong with the Factory i downloaded from timesys .

after i re make it ,and rebuild u-boot, it works well
