    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are planning to use DDR with 14bit address input.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please teach us how to terminate unused address bits of Vybrid (DDR_A[14] and DDR_A[15]).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the reference circuit, unused address bit was connected to VTT_DDR3 via 47ohm resister.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keisuke&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
