I am not an expert but the error message "T4241 processor + DDR Issue: Waiting for D_INIT timeout" typically indicates a problem with the DDR memory initialization process. Here are some steps that you can try to resolve this issue:

Check the DDR memory configuration: Make sure that the DDR memory is properly configured in the hardware design and in the software. Ensure that the memory type, speed, and timings are all correctly set.

Check the DDR memory connections: Ensure that the DDR memory is connected properly to the processor. Check the connections and ensure that there are no shorts or opens.

Check the DDR memory power supply: Verify that the DDR memory power supply is within the acceptable voltage range. Ensure that the power supply is stable and free of noise.

Check the DDR memory initialization sequence: Verify that the DDR memory initialization sequence is correctly implemented in the software. Ensure that the DDR memory controller is properly initialized and that the DDR memory is correctly configured.

Try resetting the system: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try resetting the system. Power off the system and then power it back on.

Consult the manufacturer's documentation: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consult the manufacturer's documentation or contact their support team for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional guidance on how to resolve the issue.

I hope this would help you up to some extent.

David

USPS tracking
