Hi NXP Support Team,

I am having T4240RDB board and I have some flashed images on the Flash memory.
Now I have made new RCW configuration and need to load it using Code Warrior JTAG.

I have made the board JP1 Jumper setting to JTAG mode and have verified that board is not booting UP. Then I have connected CWTAP JTAG to the CPLD JTAG port. On CodeWarrior tool DDR validation part,
I am unable to get the target connection as connected.

Is there any other switch settings to be taken care?
Please do help me resolve this.

Thanks and Regards,
Arathi

Hello, Power Supply: Ensure the board is powered on. JP1 Jumper: Confirm once again that the JP1 jumper is correctly set to JTAG mode. If this jumper is not set correctly, the board may still attempt to boot from Flash or another source. CWTAP Connection: Double-check the connection of your CodeWarrior TAP to the board's JTAG interface. Ensure that the connector is oriented correctly and securely attached. CodeWarrior Configuration: Ensure that CodeWarrior is set up for the correct target (in this case, the T4240) and that you've chosen the right connection settings.

Just double click file C:\Freescale\CW_PA_v10.5.1\PA\ccs\bin\ccs.exe, CodeWarrior Connection Sever icon will pop up in your Windows task bar, then double click the CCS icon in your Windows task bar, the CCS console will be open and type the previous commands which I suggested.

If you still cannot open CCS, probably there is problem with your CodeWarrior installation, please reinstall it.
