T1040 voltage ID feature

Hi,

There's no mention of the voltage ID feature in the current revisions (rev.1) of the T1040 Data Sheet and Design Checklist.

But the T1040 Reference Manual says that "Boot software must read FUSESR and translate the values into the appropriate commands to set the voltage output value of an external voltage regulator."

Is that requirement of the voltage ID feature usage really mandatory for the T1040?

The voltage ID has been defeatured for the T1040.

The cited RM statement has to be discarded.
