Please execute unprotection operation before doing flash programming.

Which processor are you using? Are you bringing up a custom board?

Do you use CodeWarrior 10.5.1?

Do you use NOR Flash exist in CodeWarrior device list?

Would you please provide the whole console log?

Would you please provide CodeWarrior initialization file for your target board?

I didn't find problem in CodeWarrior operation and CW initialization file.

Would you please confirm whether you also use JS28F00AM29EWL as IFC NOR flash on your custom board, just like T1042RDB?

Please check the IFC hardware design, please refer to "5.3 Integrated flash controller (IFC)" in attached application note.

You also could create a internal case to review you hardware design.
