Hi, I would like some information about the MPX5100DP sensor.

I need to perform a measurement on an electromedical equipment and this makes a vacuum inside suction cups that are attached to the patient.

The measurement range would be from 0kpa to -100kpa.

Could you use this sensor for this purpose?

Thanks

Hi Roberto,

I believe you can use the MPX5100DP for this purpose. As long as the pressure difference between P1 and P2 is less than 100kPa and P1>P2, there will be no issue.

You can also consider using the MPXV6115VC6U gauge vacuum sensor.

Best regards,

Tomas
