&lt;P&gt;I would really recommend to consider the latest generation &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/sensors/accelerometers/dsi3-spi-automotive-safety-digital-accelerometer:FXLS90" target="_blank"&gt;FXLS9xxx&lt;/A&gt; family of crash sensors based on UMEMS technology.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For low-power applications we are going to introduce the &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/sensors/accelerometers/2g-4g-8g-16g-low-power-12-bit-digital-accelerometer:FXLS8967AF" target="_blank"&gt;FXLS8967AF&lt;/A&gt; AEC-Q100 qualified 3-axis standard MEMS accelerometer (up to ±16g only).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My customer looking for an accelerometer that suits crash detection (G Mid-range), I have found&amp;nbsp;FXLS9xxx0 that looks suits but the power consumption is quite high and since their product is battery operated I would like to hear any better suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Waiting for your kind help, Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;B.Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shai&lt;/P&gt;</description>
