NXP MMA8451QR1 - obsolete

We presently we use the NXP MMA8451Q, 3-axis, 14-bit/8-bit digital accelerometer.

This IC is planned to be obsolete by NXP.

Do you have any replacement we can use to secure our products production?

Hi,

You are right, unfortunately, the MMA8451Q and other accelerometer families will turn into NRND soon since last order would be 12/1/2021 and last shipment would be 12/1/2023.

For the moment, we were asked by the marketing team to recommend the FXLS8967 and FXLS8974 for new applications.

Unfortunately, none of these are pin-to-pin compatible with the MMA8453Q.
