Dear team,

My customer wants to know about the lifetime of MMA8491Q chip.
Can I obtain the durability performance data of MMA8491Q.
We think there might be some kind of qualification report which can mention HTOL, BHAST, MS or VIB data.
We think that we can describe that MMA8491Q can apply JEDEC’s specification if the report can be obtained.
