Zstar3 sensor board communication issues

Hi,

I recently purchased a zstar3 sensor board and usb receiver for a project. I have all the software up and running and the board is powered up and transmitting (I guess due to the flickering LED). However, I can't send data to the USB. Is there anything I'm possibly missing? I swear I've done everything correctly as outlined in the user manual.

Hello Luke,

The Zstar3 has three embedded applications: CDC, Keyboard and Mouse HID. Please go to Windows Device Manager and verify the USB mode of the USB stick, it would not send data to the GUI unless the mode is "CDC". You can switch between applications by pressing the button on the USB stick.
