      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Yulong,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have characteristics for lower voltages than the specified one in the datasheet, but both parts work reliably at 2.5V.
