      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you Tomas for the quick response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not anticipate the device exceeding the Max Tj in our application; the worst case hot operating temperature is around 70°C.  However, the Reliability Report I am compiling requires documentation of the manufacturer’s Max Tj for all semiconductor devices and microcircuits in the design.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the Max Storage Temperature is listed as 125°C, is it a reasonable to also use this as Freescale’s rating for the Max Tj?
