Hello,

I am trying to use the MPL3115A2 sensor to measure temperature and pressure,so I need soldering recommendations for the MPL3115A2 sensor.Is there a datasheet about soldering?

Hi hai yu,

You can find useful information about the soldering recommendations for LGA packages in the application note AN3484

Although this document is not designed for the MPL3115A2, is related to the same or very similar LGA package, so you can use this document as a reference for the soldering recommendations.

You can also check some specific recommendation for pressure sensors in the Application note AN3150.

Thank you for the answer.It is useful for me. I have referred to the note AN3150.There are some specific recommendations for pressure sensors.The board was soldered and worked normally.Thanks!
