I'm looking for datasheet about RFID UCODE 9 IC. Where I can download it?

I can't find it on the web, and I need informations about TID and memory organization.

Actually to access information on the UCODE 9 an active NDA is required, and then you may request them from NXP doc store. Please kindly refer to the attachment for more details.
