SE050E2HQ1_I2C waveform is distorted

SecureIC:SE050E2HQ1

When I send an I2C signal, there is no response from SE050.

When I looked at the SCL and SDA waveforms, they were distorted.

(CH1:SDA,CH2:SCL)

The I2C waveforms used by other ports are not distorted.

What could be the reason why there is no response and the waveform is distorted?

Hi @kamiya ，

What does "Not connected" mean on your schematics? Were the pull-ups on SDA and SCL not connected? Please kindly clarify.
