nxp_iot_agent/doc/protobuf/Dispatcher.proto is importing PSA.proto which is not contained in the archive.

The PSA.proto file is used just in case of RW61x target which is not yet supported in P&T MW release; for this reason the PSA.proto file is excluded.

It breaks execution of 'semslite_json_converter.py . protoc'. If it's not included it should not be referenced in Dispatcher.proto

Have you tried to comment the reference out in Dispatcher.proto? Does it work for your case?

Yes, of course. The PSA definitions are used in two places that have to be disabled as well, see attachment.
