[S32 SDK for S32K344] Cannot Open BMS Example Config MEX file

I've been having trouble opening the .mex file of the HVBMS bringup project. I've tried a couple of reinstalls but I always run into this error when opening the configuration file. Here is my installation details.

Seems that you forget install S32K3xx development package 3.5.2.202304051438. Please refer to the step 3 of HOWTO: offline install S32K3 RTD 3.0.0 in S32DS v3.5.

I believe I already have it installed, as seen in the installation information above. i have tried opening a different project, the bring-up example for MC33775, and this is the message that I get.

I have since updated most of the packages to the latest version, but it still would not let me open the configuration files (.mex).

I have also tried opening examples, so that I am opening it from "C:\Users\rich_\workspaceS32DS.3.5\" directory, since I saw that as a potential problem for others. Please advice, thanks. Here is my updated installation information:

I only installed S32K3 RTD 3.0.0 completely according to "HOWTO: offline install S32K3 RTD 3.0.0 in S32DS v3.5" and did not encounter this problem.
I am able to open .mex file of HvBms400_774_722_TPL_Bring_Up even if HVBMS related software is not installed.
So I later did not install these software according to SW32K344_HVBMS-RD_Bring-up_Example_S32DS_1_0_2_ReleaseNotes.txt.

Hi Robin,

I uninstalled and reinstalled RTD 3.0.0 based on the instructions, and I was eventually able to open it. My problem now is that going through the tabs in the configurator tool is super slow. When opening the .mex file on startup takes 10 minutes, and s32 design studio enters a (not responsive) state.
