CSEc: How do I load Key for mass production?

As for the loading of CSEc Key, I know that the Key cannot be placed in flash, but the method I found in the NXP documentation does not seem to meet the mass production needs well. Is there any other method besides putting the key into pflash and then protecting the pflash?
