      <title>why GD3000 enters low VLS error status</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm testing my own BLDC motor on MCSXTE2BK142 daemon board.&amp;nbsp; With freemaster runs on PC and MCAT tools could run normally. I MCAT tools enters error status after clicked the ON button. The MCAT shows GD3000 error,as following.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="zilong911_0-1666614265338.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/197863iEA5C8C9E29E8F9FA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="zilong911_0-1666614265338.png" alt="zilong911_0-1666614265338.png" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;zilong911_0-1666614265338.png&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure what happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My BLDC motor has following parameters,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;voltage:DC12V&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;idle current:0.35A&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;idle speed:4850 RPM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at rated load:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;109 mN.m&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;current:4.5±15%A&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;speed:3500±15%&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pole-pairs :4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I modified PMSM_appconfig.h file according to my BLDC motor as following,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="zilong911_1-1666614914027.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.nxp.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/197864iC384DB48052391CA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="zilong911_1-1666614914027.png" alt="zilong911_1-1666614914027.png" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;zilong911_1-1666614914027.png&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the same errors happens&amp;nbsp; repeatly as above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestion is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks very much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the dcb_v_pos voltage ,it's 12.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jack,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Low VLS error means the power supply for the gate drives is under voltage.&amp;nbsp;The VLS under voltage threshold is between 7.5 V and 8.5 V.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe there is something wrong in your HW/SW. Here are some suggestions for you:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your PWM&amp;nbsp;polarity. Note: the high side is low active and low side is high active.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Check you motor control SW/HW&lt;/LI&gt;
