We probably will use the S32K144 microcontroller with Iar Workbench.

Hello Javier,

S32 SDK v0.8.1(EAR) is available as a part of S32DS installer. You can download it here:

http://cache.nxp.com/files/software_development_tools/ide-debug/S32DS-ARM.html

after the installation you can find SDK folder here:

c:\Freescale\S32_ARM_v1.2\S32DS\S32_SDK_EAR_0.8.1

If you'd like to develop your project in Eclipse environment + IAR build tools you can use S32DS + IAR Eclipse Plug-in. S32DS also includes graphical configuration tool (Processor Expert UI) to generate your configuration.

Can S32DS support IAR Eclipse Plug-in, how to install it?

I tried the method as IAR recomend, but failed, cannot find IAR Embedded Workbench plugin manager: under help after installed plugin manager as it suggested:

IAR Embedded Workbench for Eclipse ;
