      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this flag is required by SHE specification. Each key has several attributes/flags which are hidden for user.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plain key flag has to be set when key is loaded as a plain RAM_KEY. The flag has to be reset when key is loaded by the secure protocol. The flag is then used to confirm if a key can be exported. Only RAM_KEY can be exported.&lt;/P&gt;
