S32G Linux kernel panic on pfeng module

Hi,

I built Linux image from bsp24.0, fsl-image-base, the ddr settings were generated from S32DS tools. I saw Linux kernel panic during boot up late stage. It did not happen every time, hit this every 10-20 times power cycles. U-boot, dtb, kernel and rootfs are flashed into emmc. Please advise. The full log file is also attached.

Based on this information, it is not possible to establish the root cause of the
problem. Kernel panic is a normal reaction to broken pointers, the fact that
it happens from time to time points towards possible memory decay.
The suggestions therefore are, test the system memory and debug your kernel.
