Hello,

When build or debug implement, the error occurred as below.

'Symantec' is the customer's security program, and it prohibits writing by DVD, according to the error, it seemed to affect on writing operation, could you check this symptom?

I have seen this problem before. Could you please try to disable Symantec Endpoint protection a try it once again?

Hello Martin,

The customer, HKMC, they can’t disable Symantec Endpoint protection because it is one of their security program, so could you guide for this symptom other method?

Hello Kate,

In my previous post, I wanted to write that I have never seen this issue before. Also I do not know, what policy does Symantec use.

I have also installed Symantec, but does not block me any of the processes used by S32 Design Studio. But maybe, your customer should try to contact their IT support and ask them about Symantec settings and eventually ask about addition some exception for S32 Design Studio to Symantec rules.
