S32K3 - Supported Programmers/Debuggers

Hi,

What are the list of supported programmers//debuggers for S32K3 part, other than PE-Micro debugger ? I saw some literature where it says that Segger is also supported. But, is there any other low cost programmers/debuggers for S32K3 part, other than these two ?
