when I download that program, error show like that

"The software licensing and registration system is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Is this temporary problem?

Could you try again, is the error still reported?

Sometimes this happens and it is temporary.

I have try to download it for many times.However,the same error "The software licensing and registration system is currently unavailable. Please try again later." display repeatly.

I think I downloaded at Server inspection time. in the Korea time zone, we were day time. but in this site time zone was the middle of the night.

when I tried again, download works
