Error creating activation handle

Hi, I am installing the IDE version of S32DS_ARM_V2.2. During the installation process, Error Creating activation Handle was displayed at the step of entering the activation code. This Error will be displayed whenever you select online activation or offline activation. My activation code is 509D-1CC9-BD37-875E, please help me to check what is the problem?

THE LOGS says:

Install Uninstaller: S32 Design Studio for ARM Version 2.2(Install All Uninstaller Components)
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - Error writing LaunchAnywhere components (Access Denied)

I finally found the cause of the problem

The "flexNet Licensing Service" is disabled on the PC. After enabling the "flexnet Licensing Service", it can be installed normally
