topic License missing in S32 Design Studio

License missing

Dears:

I am confused by the problem for few days.
Product:S32 Design Studio fot PA 2017.R1, Version：2.0,Status：License missing;
License key：S32 Design Studio for e200 v2.0
when I try to activate S32， it showed “CLLReason [errorNo=16,errorString=Error creating activation handle.(FNP error 50003,71000,10104),flxActMajorErrorNo=50003,flxActMinorErrorNo=71000,flxActSysErrorNo=10104,flxCommErrorNo=0]”

I tried to reset “flexnet licensing service” but it didn't work.
Could you help me to deal with it？

did you tried offline activation?

Or you can send me activation code via message. I'll look what's wrong. In license system is your license active.

Hi @Lingya,

It's possible the trusted storage for the licensing has become corrupted.

You could try the following to reset it:

-> Delete 'C:\ProgramData\FLEXNet'

I've checked your account on our license server. I see no issues. The license is not expired. Could you please detail the issue? What error message are you receiving?

What version of S32DS are you using? Is it S32DS for Arm or S32DS for Power? Which version of Windows are you using?

What action did you take just before encountering the issue?

Could you share the workspace log file? "C:\Users\<userid>\workspaceS32DS\.metadata\.log"
