S32K3 RTD 0.9.0 Sample Project Build Errors

Some projects, such as the Port_example_DS build without errors, others such as the adc_ip_example or FreeRTOS_Example do not.

Some of the missing files: Clock_ip.h, Clock_Ip_Cfg_Defines.h, or OsIf_Cfg.h,

While I can locate these in other projects and copy them over, I think I'm simply missing a step in the installation process. Shouldn't these files already be in place? Is there a better way to configure the projects and avoid finding and copying the necessary files?

I have installed

S32 Design Studio 3.4
GDB Client for ARM Embedded Processors 9.2 Build 1701
NXP GCC for ARM Embedded Processors Build 1620
NXP GCC for ARM Embedded Processors Build 1649
S32 Design Studio Platform Package v 3.4.0
S32 Design Studio Platform Tools Package v 3.4.0
S32 RTD AUTOSAR 4.4 Versions 0.9.0
S32K3xx development package
SW32K3 RTD 4.4 version 0.8.1 D2011
FreeRTOS for S32K3

I created each project with

File->New->S32DS Project From Example
ConfigTools
Update code
Build project

Fixed the problem by starting over in a new workspace.
