Which flash driver is proper for S32K144?

I installed Standard Software Driver v1.0.4 (C90TFS) for S32K144 Flash driving.

I want to import the c-array flash driver to my application.

But there are 3 types of driver.. What should i use as S32K144 Flash driver?

Plus, Let me know the flash blocks configuration of K144's 512KB Flash memory.

(For example, 64KB x 2EA, 128KB x 1EA.... so on)

I'm using flash driver in my project with S32K144 (512KB), but I'm importing driver in a different way.

Hi,

I will add that mentioned package (https://www.nxp.com/webapp/Download?colCode=C90TFS-FLASH-DRIVER-DEVD) is not maintained for S32K1xx anymore. SW example for S32K1144 was added in the last revision in the past but it's recommended to use rather SDK drivers included in S32 Design Studio.
