S32DS v3.3 activation code issue

I am trying to install S32 Design Studio v3.3. I get an error pop when I enter the activation code (as below):

It seems the activation code is for the Design studio (I verified). Is it because I have the same activation code for the S32 Design Studio v3.4?
When I continue with the installation by pressing ok, I get another error pop up (as below):

I removed the C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet as well (mentioned in related questions in the FAQ) but I still get the error.

Any help would be appreciated.

I started a new download of S32 Design Studio v3.3 and got a new activation key and it works.
