How to Create a Library file from a Project

Hi, currently, I am using Power Architecture 2017R1 version.

I am trying to make it. But references below what I tried are not working in my case. Probably, I missed something or in wrong way

According to guide below, I deleted several files and changed some settings such as, prjcts sttings and main.c.

But, its still not working and the UI(setting) does not looks like same with references.

Anyone can hep me ?
