From your screenshot it looks that you are using incorrect gdb executable. Please check your GDB settings:

make sure, that ${cross_prefix} contains correct value in project properties:

Or you can write it manually into debug configurations or manually browse the executable:

Also re-install may help to setup env variables correctly.
