S32DS build problem about MPC5775B project

I wrote a test software for MPC5775B. However, the executable image .elf file could not be generated in the Debug_RAM mode, but it could make it in the Debug mode. Please refer to error message as below:

C:\NXP\S32DS_Power_v2017.R1\Cross_Tools\powerpc-eabivle-4_9\bin\powerpc-eabivle-size.exe: 'a.out': No such file
Finished building: ../Sources/pdc_tasks.c
make: *** [makefile:83: libPDC_5775B_SDK_Example_Z7_0.siz] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....

I checked out the Cross Settings properties between Debug_RAM mode and Debug mode of this project, I found something different as below. There is nothing about the powerpc-eabivle-size.exe command in the Debug_RAM mode. I did not find that I could add the command. And Could find the command "powerpc-eabivle-size.exe" in the folder "${VLE_TOOLCHAIN_DIR}/bin".

Hi, thank you for you reply.

The pictures named “print_sie1.png” and “print_size2.png” are the size settings about my project the same as “DEBUG” mode. And the file named “makefile” is the makefile of my project.

Hi, Jiri Kral.

I think I fix the issue. I checked out the C/C++ Build -> Setting -> Build Artifact, and I found out that I configured the Artifact Type into E200 Library not E200 Executable. When I modified, I could build successfully.
