Error while building sample application for MCAL Autosar 4.0

Hello,

I was trying to run the sample application provided by NXP with the download of the Autosar MCAL 4.0. I have installed the EB Tresos and then the MCAL software from NXP. i tried following the steps in the video here: https://www.nxp.com/video/introduction-to-nxp-autosar-mcal-software:AUTOSAR-OnDemand-Training-Video. But i am getting the error mentioned below:

I followed all the steps exactly as mentioned bu am unable to build the project and dont know if there are additional setting that need to be done.

Can someone help me with this? Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I'm not much familiar with IAR and AUTOSAR, but it looks that dcc.exe -C:/NXP/AUTOSAR/MPC574XP_MCAL4_0_RTM_2_0_2/MPC574XP_MCAL4_0_RTM_2_0_2_Sample_Application/make/diab/WIN32/bin/dcc.exe

is probably not present in path specified above.

Thanks for your response Jiri. I fixed that and now S32 begins building. But now i am getting the following error message. The error message says that it is a license error but i am sure i installed the diab license correctly. Is there any other settting or parameter change that needs to be done?

Hi,

It seems like Diab toolchain (dcc.exe compiler) cannot find a valid license.

Could you possibly try to add environment variable "WRSD_License_File" that contains path to the .lic file
