How to create a Library file from the S32 design studio. could please send for steps for "How to create a Library file (lib.a) and How to build Lib source" from the S32 design studio.

there is option in menu - create new library project:

Other possibility is change build artifact in existing project - right click on project name -> properties -> settings:
