Installation S32 Design Studio（ARM） failed

When we install S32DS for ARM，the installation process will stop at the steps in the figure below.

We have tried different versions of the software and it didn't work.Encryption software is installed on our computer（WIN7 Ultimate ），we don't know if it is an installation problem caused by encryption software.Does anyone have encountered this problem?

I met couple issues with encryption - but always after success install. What about your admin rights? Can you please share log file located in

[YOUR_INSTALL_PATH]\S32DS_ARM_v2018.R1\_S32 Design Studio for ARM Version 2018.R1_installation\Logs\

folder?
