How to flash image without S32 Design Studio IDE

Hi,

I need few clarifications.

a. How can I flash image to S32K144 EVB without using S32 Design Studio IDE. I would like to know all other methods of flashing to MCU?

b. I want to flash image to flash memory of S32K144 EVB, So image should persist in flash memory and after reset button is pressed, image should continue to re run.

c. How can I add debug statements to image.
