    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue as is described in another question, which has never been answered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See "DEVKIT-MPC5748G c++ GDB server fails"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When using C++ classes with virtual methods, and the project gets compiled with Wind River Diab compiler, then the S32 Studion debugger crashes when loading the debug symbols.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wind River Diab for PPC V5.9.4.7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 1.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GDB is&amp;nbsp;powerpc-eabivle-gdb.exe version 7.8.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any new information on this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Norbert Unterberg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please attach some example ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In previous thread&amp;nbsp;topic starter's&amp;nbsp;project was just invalid because of wrong linker script default.dld from Diab system root. While correct one for target HW should be resided in Project tree.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attached is a minimial example wich crashes the GDB debugger of S32 Design Studio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Debugger settings are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GDB PEMicro Interface Debugging, Device MPC5777C, Core Z7_0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Load Symbols and Load Executable both set to the main.elf file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please ask me if you need more information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
