&lt;P&gt;Actually, support for S32K3 devices was added relatively recently to the S32 Debug Probe. When using this probe, please note that it supports target system voltage levels only in the range of 1.2 V to 3.3 V. Therefore, VDD_HV_A must be configured to 3.3 V in order to establish a proper debug connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the other hand, PEMicro debug probes have supported S32K3 devices for a longer period and have been widely used throughout the development and validation of many S32K3 software. As a result, a significant portion of the available application notes, getting-started guides, and example projects have been developed and tested using PEMicro tools.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Finally, regarding your question about the compatibility of the PEmicro U-MULTILINK with S32K3 devices, the answer is yes.       <title>S32K312 Development Board Debug Probe Selection.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear NXP Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using an &lt;STRONG&gt;S32K312 (100-pin HDQFP)&lt;/STRONG&gt; on a custom controller board with a &lt;STRONG&gt;10-pin JTAG interface&lt;/STRONG&gt; for programming/debugging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand from some forum discussions that the &lt;STRONG&gt;S32 Debug Probe may not support S32K312&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone confirm whether the &lt;STRONG&gt;PEmicro U-MULTILINK&lt;/STRONG&gt; can be used to program/debug the S32K312 through the JTAG interface?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance on a Cost effective and suitable debug probe would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Fayas&lt;BR /&gt;SCTSPL, Bangalore&lt;/P&gt;</description>
