S32DS Installtion Error

Hello everyone:

I've download S32DS_ARM_WIN32 V1.3，and installed it with activation code online in two computors, but while i was installing it in the third computor in the same way ,something wrong happend ,it shows :Error sending an activation request to a remote activation server and processing the resulting response.Failed to connect the license server or Operations server.(FNP error:500414114334). I checked my internet connection ,everything is ok , anyone know what is wrong with it?

We recommend that you install the latest version of this tool.

S32 Design Studio for ARM 2018.R1 – Windows/Linux

Please let us know if it remains an issue.
