topic Standalone NXP GCC Toolchain for S32K in S32 Design Studio

I found the location to download the toolchains. It looks as if the one I want is:

NXP_GCC11-4_eARMv7_gf703eb2-LINUX

But it says that it's a .bin but when I run it either with "bash file.bin" or "chmod +x file.bin; ./file.bin" I get the error below.

Why would Java be in the mix? Is there tarball version of these tool. There is a tarball for the GCC tools but I assume this not the NXP adapted compiler (which I need to build the RTD).

Preparing to install
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...
No Java virtual machine could be found from your PATH
environment variable. You must install a VM prior to
running this program.
