S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.6.0 installation failed

Windows version: Windows 10 企业版 LTSC
Both online and offline activated failed

online: Error sending an activation request to a remote activation server and processing the resulting response.(FNP error 50040,41147,10250)

offline: Error processing offline response, ResponseType ACTIVATION.(FNP error 50019, 41200, 10250)

The installation exe has been run with administrator. And the license Key is corrected.

Hi @sspdcn

Could you please provide the installation log from the S32DS installation directory? You can typically find it at the following path:

C:\NXP\S32DS.3.6.0\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.6.0_installation\Logs

In the meantime, could you please try using the package attached in the following thread to update the version of FNP on your machine?
S32DS for S32 Platform can not start after installed

If you are using a physical (non-virtual) machine and still encounter this issue, please contact your IT department to verify that the system allows the installer to access hardware identifiers.

Additionally, in some cases, licensing issues can be resolved by clearing the contents of the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\

Please note that this folder is hidden by default. You may need to enable the option to view hidden files and folders in File Explorer. Create a backup of the folder before deleting its contents, in case restoration is needed.

Thank you for your suggestion！And my problem has been resolved by the following method.

licensing issues can be resolved by clearing the contents of the following folder:

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\

Besides, I had been installed version 3.4 before.
