Other customers have experienced this type of error due to using the wrong activation code. Please verify that the activation code corresponds to the IDE version you are trying to install.

To find the correct activation code, follow these steps:

Visit the S32 Design Studio 3.6.0 download page for Windows/Linux (S32 Design Studio 3.6 – Windows/Linux) → S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform v.3.6.
Click on the "License Keys" tab to access your activation code. This will provide the activation key for the version you are installing.

To analyze other possible root causes, could you please share your log file? It can be found at C:\NXP\S32DS.3.6.0\_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.6.0_installation\Logs\S32_Design_Studio_for_S32_Platform_3.6.0_Install_MM_DD_YYYY (date)_HH_MM_SS(time).log

Hi,

there was issue on our license server which is already fixed. Please try to activate S32DS again.

There is also new release of S32DS v3.6.1 with new features and without activation key.
