S32 Design Studio with S32K144EVB-Q100X on Linux missing basic includes for board

S32 Design Studio with S32K144EVB-Q100X, is missing includes like Cpu.h, clockMan1.h, pin_mux.h, which are obviously needed for the board. I am running it in Linux. With find, I don't see those files anywhere in my workspace nor in my installation directory. I am working with the blinking LED example, trying to get that to build.

What am I missing and how do I install it?

Never mind, I got it. I seemed to have not noticed the part in the video where it says to run "Generate Processor Expert Code".

That is true - I noticed that. The processor expert window does not open in Linux, but if you right click on the .pe file, and choose "Open with text editor" you can at least view the XML.
