S32DS 3.5 activate failed in online/offline

Hi NXP team,

I want to install S32DS 3.5 in my another desktops, but it always got failed.

Whatever I use normal account or alpha customer account, the activation always failed both in online and offline.

The S32DS 3.5 in another NB was activated and work fine in few months ago, but it show license missing now.

Could you please help to supply some suggestions?
