Symbols on project files in S32DS IDE - Process Expert disabled

I'm working on a project using Eclipse with Processor Expert, and I've noticed various symbols on the file names in the Project Explorer. I'm particularly working on the ST_CAN_Z4_0 project, and I've attached a screenshot of the project structure.

Could someone please explain what the different symbols (e.g., the blue boxes, gear icons, etc.) mean on the file and folder names? Specifically, I'm looking at the symbols next to the Generated_Code, ProcessorExpert.pe, and other directories and files.

Any insights into what these symbols indicate would be greatly appreciated!
